Why qualifications
Having been in a different kind of business during marriage with various skills to bring to this enterprise
I knew that I would have to find information about the industry. When I first established Maggic Cleaning Service
we were all fresh and excited about the ideas we had.
It soon became clear that, despite the fun and excitement, the responsibility is weighty and knowledge acquisition became essential to survive and then thrive. With the business in full swing it becomes clear where the errors are and having been through eight years of ups and downs it gets to a point where things have to be taken seriously.
The safety and health our staff and clients are paramount and we aim to ensure that everyone is heard, educated, understood and included. Our communication, recruitment and administration processes have become far more effective and efficient.
We continue to put changes into place which encourage teamwork, safety and hygiene. The knowledge and experience required to evolve into our present form has been a interesting journey and led me to believe in a clearer more focused future as a business. Our experience in the industry is essential and my qualification solidifies our experience with foundational administration and safety work proceeding our business further faster.
