Ways to prevent the symptoms of asthma and hayfever

Asthma
Having suffered from asthma as a child, I have done my research and know that both children and adults are sensitive to many environmental factors. Let's put food aside for now as a known problem for allergy and asthma sufferers and focus on the subject of cleaning.

Our environment can be a potentially seriously hazardous place if we include highly toxic chemicals and products in our daily lives. People die from the inhalation of paint fumes in todays products (in 2019) if they aren't careful about protecting themselves. Un-skilled works are killed on worksites in today's workplaces because of chemical exposure. In today's homes and workplaces people are killed or made very ill by chemical exposure.

Our children are deformed or can die from today's generation of chemicals (2019) if they or their parents have been over-exposed to harsh chemicals.

Our bodies filter toxins everyday and the process is not simple. We take in food, water, toxins, environmental hazards, air on a daily basis and  expect our bodies to excrete the waste and toxins daily. Sometime our bodies just can't cope with it at all we can die suddenly or our body find a way to store those toxins and our health gradually deteriorates.

Most of us are not expected to work in hazardous conditions on a daily basis and therefore have the luxury of living with what the government  and community providers know is safer for you.

As a community, knowledge is recorded and distributed liberally and yet you may still be unaware of the fact that what you just brought home with you is a serious allergen or a known cause of asthma symptoms. Manufacturers are aware and the federal government has in place some stringent regulations which prevent major health issues. The Health Department, however,  is still overwhelmed by the amount of continuing asthma and allergy sufferers and as a community we need to be informable and accountable for our daily choices.

We know our children are sensitive to chemicals and yet we complain about having to read a label and know the contents of our products. Lets face it we have to be responsible for our own health and make the better choices and be the better people so that we aren't just laughingly creating a nation wide health problem out of pure laziness.

Most asthma and allergy symptoms can be prevented by ensuring we have cleaner air, organic and low toxicity cleaning chemicals and natural personal care products. I encourage you to trust in the organic chemistry industry more and make better choices based on what they already know is going to improve your life and health.

I encourage you to request directly from your manufacturers and product develops that labelling be more specific to allergy and asthma sufferers. All we need is a label that says low irritant, low allergen or for sensitive skin. We also need to keep out manufacturers honest about how our products are being developed by demanding environmentally friendly and cruelty-free production. As consumers we have the control and shouldn't buy anything that doesn't clearly state it's contents and it's certifications.

Conclusion
You, the Asthma and Allergy sufferers, have been told that the contents of your cleaning products, tableware, cutlery, paints, linens, clothing and furnishings are just as relevant to your health as food. Your home is your sanctuary and your choices reflect you and effect your health. Choose wisely and filter your air, clean all surfaces with non-toxic or low-toxic fluids and remove harmful chemicals from dangerous locations by placing them in high places or locking them away. Wash newly acquired linen and clothing before the first wear and choose natural products over synthetic or petro-chemically derived production. These choices will reduce the symptoms of asthma and allergies quickly.
