Online Group Pilates Classes

In order to be a member you must undergo an initial consultation and complete a monthly tracking advice form. 

Online Group Pilates Classes
One hour fully led and prompted interactive class with up to 20 people
Includes all timetabled group pilates classes and access to the online on-demand 
pilates video classes.  An initial consultation is required prior to beginning these classes 
and each individual must undergo a monthly check-up.
Music, instruction, motivation and cues shown with an instructor present.

Online Semi-Private Pilates Classes
One hour small group limited to 3 participants
Includes initial consultation, personal training in the group of three format, 
one mini workout plan, dietary advice and personalised tracking and accountability.
Music, instruction, motivation, catch-up and cues at each semi-private meeting with a personal trainer

Private Online Coaching

The virtual studio is available for private coaching sessions by appointment with Heidi. This style of coaching allows you to workout anywhere in the world while still remaining accountable to your Coach. The following prices are casual prices.

Pilates Online Personal Training and Coaching

One hour individualised training sessions limited to 1 participant
Coaching to suit each individual and catering for their different needs

 plan, dietary advice, a monthly menu plan, 
online on-demand video workouts and personalised tracking and accountability.

GROUP CLASSES-Where do I start?

Please note that group classes are not for anyone who is referred post surgery, by a physiotherapist or chiropractor, or has a known injury less than 6 months old. If you have any of these issues it is recommended that you attend private sessions until you are referred to group sessions.
Pregnancy classes are a gentle class for all stages of pregnancy. The focus is made on the comfort of both mother and her growing baby.

Choosing your first class

If you are new to Pilates, we recommend you attend 3-5 Foundation classes before advancing to beginner classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the Pilates method foundations, the breath and neutral spine positions in a slower paced class. Once Foundation classes are complete it is recommended that you attend at least 10 of the Beginners classes before advancing further. Once you feel comfortable you will easily progress to Matwork Beginner Classes and move forward from there.
Pregnancy classes are a gentle class for all stages of pregnancy. The focus is made on the comfort of both mother and her growing baby. If you are pregnant and are just starting Pilates you will need to begin with an introductory private session.
