Please note that group classes are not for anyone who is referred post surgery, by a physiotherapist or chiropractor, or has a known injury less than 6 months old. If you have any of these issues it is recommended that you attend private sessions until you are referred to group sessions.
Pregnancy classes are a gentle class for all stages of pregnancy. The focus is made on the comfort of both mother and her growing baby.
Choosing your first class
If you are new to Pilates, we recommend you attend 3-5 Foundation classes before advancing to beginner classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the Pilates method foundations, the breath and neutral spine positions in a slower paced class. Once Foundation classes are complete it is recommended that you attend at least 10 of the Beginners classes before advancing further. Once you feel comfortable you will easily progress to Matwork Beginner Classes and move forward from there.
